No pre-recorded online lessons.

Every lesson is "live".

Mrs Geneve Chin says:

"Creative Campus proactively reached out to parents weeks ahead before the COVID-19 situation worsened in early Feb 2020 to set up their online learning platform to run in parallel to onsite classes.

This proactive engagement demonstrated their think-ahead mindset and priority to ensure our kids’ learning was not affected when the suspension of enrichment classes was eventually announced by the Government.  The shift to online learning happened seamlessly and not a surprise to both students and parents which was much appreciated!

Thanks and great job.

Creative Campus: Learning with Latitude

With technology, the learning continues.

The new norm at Creative Campus includes the flexibility of online and in-person classes. The seamless transition between two mediums means that we still offer our students the full 2 -hour 'live' teacher-student interaction. Online classes mimic in-person sessions as closely as possible.

We have been able to do so because:

  • we do not cut corners
By using paid, reliable online platforms, students still get the full 2-hour lesson at their original class time and day, with their regular teacher.
  • we keep classes small
The teacher-student ratio per online class remains the same. This enables us to maximise interaction with the students and ensure that all are paying attention.
  • we remain prompt with feedback
Just because lessons have moved online doesn't mean work slackens. We have implemented a system for students to hand in their assignments promptly. Marked scripts are returned with the usual in-depth feedback, be it written or during personal 1:1 consultation sessions. So, even as the classroom goes virtual, the rigour remains the same.
  • our teachers are amazing
Highly committed and experienced, the academic team is supportive of one another, so no one is shaken by the move.

We understand that we are only as strong as our weakest link.

That’s why we have surrounded ourselves with strong, conscientious and dedicated colleagues, both at the frontline and in class.

"It’s good that online lessons are implemented, as it can accurately reflect how it’d be like if there were no classroom-based lessons.

There is live interaction between student and teacher and students are able to sit and pay attention to the lesson just as usual. Lucas was also focused during his 2-hr lesson."
